To participate in the White Rock Primitive Skills and Crafts Gathering, you have to register. The staff supporting this event are just a small group of volunteers so it’s essential that we know how many people are coming, so we can plan accordingly.

Tickets will not be sold at the gate or during the gathering. Please plan ahead!

One-Day Tickets

We are considering selling one-day tickets. If this interests you please contact us and let us know what day(s) you’d come on and what classes you’d be interested in taking.


  • Adult – $280 (17 and up) 
  • Elder Discount – $250 (over 65)
  • Teens – $140 – (12-16)
  • Kids – $100 (5-11)
  • Babies (1-4) FREE

Registration Form

When registration opens there will be an online form to fill out with the contact details, medical conditions and food restrictions etc., for you and everyone in your party/family.  If you cannot pay online ie via credit card or Paypal, there will be an option to print the form and mail it along with your payment.

What you get!

With registration you can take any classes listed on the schedule. Some of the classes will require a “materials fee”.  The list of classes on this website is just a guide to what potentially might be offered. As we get closer to the gathering and we know which instructors will be attending, there will be a more accurate list. At the gathering there will be a definitive schedule of all classes and instructors on the notice board.
An evening meal will be provided each day. We will also provide hot water for tea & coffee, and oatmeal will also be available in the mornings. For lunches, you are on your own!


We accept credit cards, checks and cash.

Refunds, Rollovers and Transfers

Tickets to the White Rock Gathering are non refundable, but, if for some reason you can’t make the event after paying, you can roll your registration over to the following year or you may transfer your ticket to another person. 

ALL rollovers and transfers must be made by email 30 days prior to the gathering. There will be a $20 admin fee.


There are a few tickets available to trade for a little hard work, either helping set up/take down or working in the kitchen or helping with registration.  Please contact us for availability.
